Pathway of First Steps for Admins

This is a compilation of all the guidelines for the person responsible for the initial configurations of the Qulture.Rocks platform 🥰

All configuration of the environment is done through the "Organization" icon, which is only seen and accessed by platform administrators.

 

After completing the following steps, your company's environment will be configured with all employees registered and the setups for each product to be launched: Feedback, Praise, 1:1s, Performance Evaluation, IDP, OKRs/Goals, Directory, Survey, or Succession. ✅

3) User Settings

⚠️ Important: After registering users, they may receive email notifications. We recommend registering them 1 day before the platform Launch or registering and blocking them, without forgetting to unblock them before Launch!
