How to block or unblock an employee (access and notifications)

When registering employees on the Qulture.Rocks platform, they are automatically able to access the platform and receive notifications, even without logging in for the first time.

 

If registration is necessary but access is not yet appropriate, it is possible to block users so that they are only registered but blocked from receiving notifications and accessing the platform.

 

After the registration process, follow these steps:

 

To do this in bulk, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Organization".

  2. On the right side of the screen, click on "Export", then select "All Employees".

  3. In the exported spreadsheet, locate the column labeled "blocked" and enter "true" for the employees you want to block. Save the file.

    1. 🟣 Note: To unblock them later, simply enter "false" in the "blocked" column.

  4. Back in the platform, click on "Add Employee", and then select "Via Spreadsheet".

  5. Scroll down the screen and click on "Select File".

  6. Select the saved .xls file and complete the import.


To perform this action individually on the platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Organization".

  2. Search for the name of the person you want to perform the action on.

  3. Click on the name of the collaborator to access their profile.

  4. On the profile page, go to the "Settings" tab.

    1. Enable/disable this option as desired.

🟣 Note: This action can only be performed by users with full admin access.

 

⚠️🛑Attention: These collaborators need to be unblocked in order to regain access to the Qulture.Rocks platform.
