How to update tags in bulk?

How to check current tags?

On the Qulture.Rocks platform you can check the tags that are registered for employees through this step by step:

 

Organization > Management> Employee Tags.

 

Clicking on the Tag you can check which and how many employees currently have it 😉.

 

How do I delete the current tags?

Currently we have two options: delete all tags, or remove all tag contributors, without deleting them.

 

Delete all tags: the tags no longer exist in the entire platform, i.e. they will not be available in the assessments, segments and tools that use them.

Remove all collaborators from the tags: the tags continue to exist in all places, but the collaborators will be unlinked from them.

 

Here we need to be very careful about the action to be taken, because it is irreversible.

 

⚠ IMPORTANT: If tags are being used in reviews that are not yet finalized and if there are question filters per tag, they will not appear to the reviewers. This action is irreversible. Only continue if you are completely sure of the consequences of this action. If the review has already been FINISHED the answers that have been computed are not lost even if you remove the tags.

 

How to delete the tags of some participants en masse?

Here we need to be very careful about the action to be taken. We recommend that you always download and save a version of the current export spreadsheet, so that it is easier to recover the information in case of any kind of problem.

 

With the export worksheet downloaded, we will use it to fill out our IMPORT spreadsheet. Note that these are two different spreadsheets, even though they are similar.

The import one you can find by accessing this path.

 

Organization > Collaborators > Add collaborator > Via spreadsheet.

Add the required information (Name, Email and Active) of the person you want to delete the tags from.

To proceed with the deletion, add a new column called "destroy_taggings" and fill it with "true". You need to include the "true", for each person you wish to delete the current tags.

 

Once you have filled out the spreadsheet with this information. You can go back to the platform and choose the file and upload it to the system:

 

Now just wait for the system to get to 100%, just like a normal base update. If no error has occurred, the system will not give you any warning on the next page and we can proceed to the next step.

 

How to insert the new tags manually?

Easy, easy. You can create as many tags as you want, just click on the "New" button and follow the steps.

Public tag: The one that will be visible for all collaborators.

AdminTag: The one that will be visible only to admins.

 

In case you want to add only some collaborators to an existing tag, just click on the "🖍" edit button and add the new participants :)

 

How to add tags in bulk?

After removing the current Tags, you can insert the new ones in bulk. You need to download the new collaborator import spreadsheet.

 

Organization > Collaborators > Add collaborator > Via spreadsheet.

Add the required information (Name, Email and Active) of the person you want to delete the tags from. Now we are going to use these new columns:

 

Remember: Public tag will be visible for collaborators. Tag for admin will be visible only to admins.

 

These columns are already part of the import spreadsheet, just locate them in your spreadsheet and fill them with the necessary tags.

 

IMPORTANT: Each tag must be filled in only in one column. So if a person has more than one tag, e.g. Support and Leader, it is necessary to include one more column for this new tag.
