What are Key Results off track?

First, it is necessary to understand what are the Key Results that we call "off track".

When creating a Key Result of the types "maintain", "increase" and "reduce indicator", you choose a value to be reached/maintained and in addition, it is possible to define partial goals for your KR. Once this is done, the system will present a "path" from the goal to the end of the cycle, where it is possible to see the expected values (in gray) over time through a graph, located on the control screen of a Key Result:

Thus, for each date until the end of the cycle, you can see an expected value for the indicator. As the cycle progresses, you can update the indicator's progress, so that the curve of the realized values (in blue) is created:

In this example, on 01/jan, progress is below expectations as only R $ 20 million has been achieved so far, while on 02/feb - with R$ 80 million achieved - we see that progress is above expectations.

Therefore, a Key Result off track is a goal whose current value is below the expected expected value.
