[Reports - Reviews] Complete data of a Performance Cycle Review

If you need an overview of the questions and answers from a review, this is for you!

What is it?

This report contains every questions and answers of a Performance Cycle Review. On this article we will detail the data that you can find on it and how to find it.

To extract this report, you just need to click on the Review's settings (⚙️ symbol). On this page, the Schedule page, you will see the option Export Review answers.

The download will start as soon as you click this button. This process may take just a few minutes 😊

The report

The report will be on a spreadsheet and it will have three different tabs: "Questions", "Fields", and "Empty Participants".

The main information found on this report:

Data from the reviewer/reviewee;
Relationship type;
Evaluations percentage (quantity of questions from the Review that were already answered);
Answers from topics and open questions;
Users that haven't answered their Reviews yet.
