How to utilize “themes” at a Pulse Survey?
Are you creating a survey? This article can help you with some tips on how to use the “themes” functionality!
When creating a survey, you have the option to select themes for the questions. But what exactly are these themes?
Themes are specific filters that you can use to define the subject matter of a particular question or group of questions. By assigning themes to the questions, it facilitates the analysis process as the responses can be categorized according to the chosen themes.
💡Tip: It is possible to create new themes, just fill out the spreadsheet "[Research] Import new research subjects" and send it to our team in the chat!
Once you register your questions and themes, all you have to do is activate the Survey. As soon as the Survey is finished, you can see the average for each theme:
If you prefer more specific results, you can click on each theme, and you will have access to the average for each question.
If the question format is eNPS, you cannot insert themes. The article "How to analyze eNPS-type questions in surveys?" explains how to analyze this data.
