More important than the Review process is the moment of releasing the Individual Reports so that everyone can reflect on their results and plan the next steps of their profissional life.
This article explains each part that needs to be set up and how they are viewed on the report.

On the right side of the Review's name, click on the gears icon;

i. Averages by relationship
On this section, you can choose which averages will show on the individual report. Only the chosen ones will be available for the users on their reports.
How does it look on the report?
The chosen averages by relationship for topics or topics + questions:
But I would like to present grading scale instead of numerical averages, it's possible?
It is super possible to include grading scale in place of numerical averages in this table. For this, it is necessary:

The assessment have a grading scale configured;

Select the option "Show grading scale", as shown in the picture below:
ii. Averages for all topics + Chart
Choose whether or not to show the employee's average and whether or not to show the chart comparing the selected averages.
How does it look on the report?
The construction of the spider graph follows the logic of:

If the evaluation has 3 topics or more, the spider graph is presented with the average of the topics;

If the evaluation has 2 topics or less, the spider graph is presented with the average of the questions.
Note: It is possible that only the final concept appears (without number), e.g. "Above Expected".
⚠️ For the spider graph to appear in the individual report, it is necessary that the setting "Topic average" is selected in the "Settings" part.

You need to select which relationships (Sel-Review, Leader, Direct reports, Peers, Others) will have their grades, comments and/or names show up on the report. To keep these results anonymous, you just need to select the corresponding check boxes.
How does it look on the report?
The report shows you the topic, question, grade, commentary and the name of the reviewer (if anonymous is not selected) just like on this example:

It is possible to choose which questions to show on the report:
If your evaluation has subtopics, the spider graph for the subtopic will be displayed by default. However, you can choose to hide it by selecting the setting below:
How does it look on the report?
Depends of the options you choose. Every grade, commentary and anonymous option is reflected on the questions selected.
Release of the Reports
The administrator has permissions to choose the following:
i) Release the reports to leaders immediately

What does the leader see? The individual reports of his/her direct reports the way the administrator has set them up. They will be located on the "Team Results" tab.
ATTENTION: By choosing this option and saving it, the leaders can then see all the reports instantly.

What do the direct reports see? Nothing.
ii) Allow leaders to release the reports to their own direct reports.

What does the leader see? The individual reports of his/her direct reports the way the administrator has set them up and the button to release the individual reports to his/her direct reports individually like on this image:

What do the direct reports see? Nothing until the leader releases their reports.
iii) Release the individual reports to all the reviewees immediately

What does the leader see? Hir/her direct reports' individual reports on the "Team Results" tab.

What do the direct reports see? His/her own individual report on the "Individual Reports" tab.

Is it possible to do individual report release for specific tags?
It is not automatic or manual. You have to identify a list for which collaborators you want to release and request the QR to release the reports to these emails that you have organized.
