How to set the period for which a nomination can occur
The nomination process can take place either during a performance evaluation or during other periods that better fit the company's strategy. Therefore, we provide this action in three ways: through the basic or evolution profile, or through the performance review itself.
👉 For better management of this process, platform admins can define the desired period in which the "New Successor" button will be enabled in the employee's profile.
🟣 How to enable nominations:

Go to the "Organization" page;

In the "Settings" tab, select the "Succession" option;

Now, in the "Organization Configuration" screen, you can enable or disable the nomination of successors.
🚨 Points to consider:

Enabling or disabling this action affects both the employee's profile and the Performance review nominations.

If you want to configure succession questions in the Performance Review, make sure the button configuration is active.
