How to send customized notifications using Slack's Qulture.Bot

You can set up personalized messages for your company's employees to receive from our Qulture.Bot on Slack.

As you may know, Qulture.Rocks has an integration with Slack where it is possible to perform a series of actions such as: sending feedback and praise, answering feelings and priorities, receiving 1:1 notifications, etc.

Once integrated, the Qulture.Bot app appears in the Apps list on the Slack of your employees.

You can also use our Qulture.Bot to send a personalized message! In addition, you can choose the group of people who should receive the message as well as define the date and time it will be sent.

 

These messages are limited to 2997 characters and you can insert an emoji of your company! Just use the format :emoji-name:

Setting the message

To configure, just reach us on chat and send:

  • The message title;

  • Title link - You can associate a platform link to the message title;

  • Message with less then 2997 characters;

  • Date, preferably in YYYY-MM-DD format

  • Dispatch time - the time must be exact (e.g. 6:00pm, 9:00am)

  • Tag name of the group of employees who should receive the message.

⚠️ Attention:

  • If you do not provide any tags, the message is fired to absolutely every employee in the company

  • There is a limit of 400 messages per hour for each company. If your company has more than 400 employees, we recommend segmenting them by tag and send the message at different times for each group

  • It is not possible to insert images or gifs

  • To customize the message content, use the same format as in Slack with italics using _ (underline) and bold using * (asterisk). For example: *Attention*, don't forget to complete your review.

  • To mention a person in the customizable message, simply put the @ and the beginning of the person's e-mail in the text field. For example: @jose.adamis

  • The SLA of this task is up to 2 working days prior to the date the message is triggered
