How to limit indications at a Review
Find out how to limit the number of nominations a participant can make and the number of indications a reviewer can receive
Setting nominatios limits at a review is very easy. You just need to follow a few steps:
-
Open the Review;
-
In the top right corner, click Settings;
-
In the sidebar on the left, click Schedule;
-
Under the Period of indications and validations section, click Configure;
-
And set the limits you want.
Oh, just a reminder: nomination limits do not apply to the validation stage.
For example:
-
The company's indication limit is five. John nominated five people, but his leader can choose more or less people to review him.
-
The limit to be nominated is three. John was nominated three times, if a manager wants to nominate John to review one of his subordinates, surpassing the limit, it is possible.
This limit is reached in order of employee's nomination, that is, the people who nominate first will have chances to choose amongst all the collaborators at the platform.
Easy, easy, right?
