How to activate Feedback Report to Leaders and Managers
You just need 4 clicks (:
Releasing this option, all the leaders can access the “Feedback Report” of his or hers team.
They are able to see:
🟣 Team’s ranking for given feedback, feedback request and given praises.
🟣 The number of feedback.
🟣 Amount of feedback per competency and more.
👉 Important: The Team Panel only shows the number of feedback and praises of the direct reports. But the report shows the information of direct and indirect reports, if the hierarchy setting is enabled.
To release this option, follow these steps:
1. Go to “Organization Profile”.
2. On the left-hand sidebar, click “Feedback”
3. Select the option “Allow leaders to export Feedback History Reports.”
4. Hit “Save”.
