Platform Introduction

How do relationships on the platform work?

Learn about relationships (peers, others, colleagues, team members) according to the company's hierarchy.

To facilitate categorization, in several places on the platform, we use the concept of relationships between company employees considering the company's organization chart.

To facilitate visualization, we will base our explanation on an example: Claribel.

If you want to know the name of the relationship between her and another employee, just look at the colored label found on each person.

The rule goes like this: "So-and-so is _________ of Claribel".

For example, Cassandra has the relationship of "others" with Claribel. Concepcion is led by Claribel.

⚠️ Important note: Important note: there is a difference between "colleagues", "pair" and "others". 👇

Pairs: are the people who are under the same leadership as you (ex: Britany)

Others: all the people who are not your peers, your leader, or your followers (ex: Ciara)

Colleague: sum between pairs + others. This is the average just for visualization of this composition. All your pairs (Britany) and others (Ciara,Caren and Cassandra) are also your colleagues.

Where do you find these relationships on the platform?

  • In Relationship weights within an assessment: it’s possible to select weights according to relationship. For example: manager notes can be weighted 2, while colleagues' notes can be weighted 1.

  • Evaluation questions: questions can be directed according to the relationship. For example, the question "Are you a good leader?" may appear only when Clari evaluates Britteny.

  • In Team Results, within the assessment: for managers and admins/HR we have different types of grades, based on the relationship.

  • Individual report of an assessment: admin/HR can set up an individual report to present the responses by relationship (team members, peers, etc.) or group the averages by relationship as well.

  • In 1:1: where it is possible to perform 1:1s with colleagues, in addition to your leader or your followers.
