How to calibrate employees within a box in Qulture.Rocks

The process of moving positions within the Box matrix (usually, 9Box) is very frequent within an evaluation. At Qulture.Rocks, it is important to emphasize that the calibration within a box only changes the position of the collaborator in the matrix and does not change the grade of the evaluation. 😉

Tutorial:

1. Click on the name of the assessment.

2. Click the "Boxes" tab and choose the Box to perform calibration.

3. In the right sidebar, create a calibration meeting.

4. In the right sidebar, click on the desired calibration meeting.

5. Filter the segment (this article explains how to create them) that you want to calibrate

6. Click on the collaborator you want to calibrate.

7. Choose which quadrant you want to move the employee to. You can choose different quadrants or the quadrant in which the employee is located.

8. Enter a comment about the move. That's it! Calibration finished :)
