Registering your IDP at Qulture.Rocks

Are you inspired for creating your IDP? 🤔

Here is a step by step guide:

1: On the upper bar, click on the IDP module.
​2: Click "Your IDP".
​3: At your right, click "New Development Area".
​4: Set your IDP, then click "Save".
​5: Create action plans clicking "New action plan"

Don’t forget to keep track of your IDP weekly, so your leader can follow it through as well :)
