Validating your direct reports' indications

Validating, Rejecting and Adding new reviewers for each one of your direct reports

In this article, we're going to show you how to validate your direct reports indications within a Performance Review Cycle. The steps are listed below:

 

1. The first step is to access the current Review cycle and be sure that Validation period is active;

 

2. On the upper step bar, click on the Validate Indications tab;

 

3. Search and select the direct report you want to validate indications;

 

4. On the Validation screen you are able to:

  • Indicate new reviewers for your direct report;

  • Reject an indication and undo this action;

  • Validate your direct report indications.

Make sure the list contains everyone you wish to evaluate your direct report. 

 

Important: Once you validate the list it is no longer possible to add or edit it again.

 

That’s it! The reviewers are automatically added to your team member list when the Answer Period begins.
