      Suspend email notifications

      This article explains how to use the suspend notifications feature

      When registering employees in the Qulture.Rocks platform, they become eligible to access the platform and receive notifications, even without logging in for the first time.

       

      If it is not yet the appropriate time for these employees to receive notification emails, we can limit them directly through the platform.

      To do this, follow these steps:

      🟣Note: Only those with full admin access can perform this action.

      1. Click on "Organization."

      2. Search for the name of the person for whom you want to perform the action.

      3. Click on the employee's name to access their profile.

      4. On the profile page, go to the "Settings" tab and activate/deactivate this option:

      All set! 😄

       

      ⚠️Important to remember that for these employees to start receiving emails again, we need to unblock the option in the same location.
