Sending a praise at the Qulture.Rocks platform
Recognition is the key to boost motivation in everyone!
You can praise whomever and as much as you want at the Qulture.Rocks platform!
If you don’t know how to send them, take a look at the steps below!
Send praise
On the navbar, Click Insights -- depending on your company, the module may have a different name, but the icon will look like this:
1. On the sidebar to your left, click Give Praise.
2. On the box below “Praise to”, write the receiver’s name.
3. Write your Praise.
4. Add the competencies or values connected to the Praise.
5. Click Send.
Remember: recognizing somebody else’s work for a good attitude, remarkable presentation, or an outstanding delivery motivates them to always be their best selves, and sets a model of excellence clearly for everybody.
After you send it, the Praise is shown at the Praise Feed. It is available for everyone at the company to see it!
