[Reports-Box] Exporting Box Information to Excel

Before or after position calibrations in the box, it's important to qualitatively analyze the employees in each box. This article will guide you on how to extract this report from the platform.

The box report contains the following information:

"Box Information" tab:

General characteristics of the Box (Name, creation date, name of the related evaluation, names of the X and Y axes).

• Partition size - % (range of each box partition in % distribution).

• Quadrant in which the employee is placed before and after calibration.

• Score Limits (range of each box partition in scores).

• Position (X, Y) of each quadrant.

• Weight of each topic on each axis.

"Box Participations" tab:

• List of employees included in the Box.

• Whether the employee is calibrated or not.

• Quadrant in which the employee is placed before and after calibration.

"Calibrations" tab:

• Position calibration per employee (description, calibration date, pre and post-calibration quadrant).

How to download the export?

Downloading the export is very simple! You should click on the desired box and then click on the export button, as highlighted in the image below:

Clicking this button will automatically download it to Excel.

Now you can manipulate and filter the Box information as you wish!
