How to use 2 factor authentication (2FA)

What is it?

The authentication by 2 factors is a security tool that allows you access to a certain domain or software. This way, you need not only name/email + password but also a verification code to log into an account. This gives extra security to your account, protecting your personal and company's data.

It is a numerical code of 6 numbers generated by an authentication code app. Once you set this up, you will need your email/CPF + password + authentication code every time you login on our platform, decreasing the chances that someone else invades your account.

To download this application, just follow these steps:

1. Go on your app store (Apple store or Play store);

2. Search for an application that generates authentication code (Ex: "Google Authenticator", "Authy");

3. Download it;

4. Access http://app.qulture.rocks/login;

5. Insert your email/CPF and password and follow the instructions!

Every time you log ito Qulture.Rocks, a window will show up for you to put your code right after you confirm your email/CPF and password:

Attention: For security , the authentication code expires after 30 seconds.
