How to set up 'nomination declining' at Reviews

We know the importance of the quality of answers in a performance review and we understand that this factor can be closely related to the amount of forms a person has to answer.

With this in mind, Qulture.Rocks developed the "Decline nominations" functionality. Now, it is possible to allow nominated people to refuse revirew requests, and even register a justification!

To enable this option, just follow the steps presented in the following GIF:

1. Go to the "Reviews" product;

2. Go into the "Schedule" tab;

3. Click the "Configure Indications and validations" section;

4. And select the option to "Allow evaluators to decline an nomination".

5. (Optional) Also select the option to "Send notification to leaders with refusals".

⚠️ Attention: using this feature automatically makes it impossible to use the "Create participants during validations period" feature, because the premise of allowing refusal is to ensure that no reviewer/reviewee duo has already been created at the platform.

🎉 There you go! People will be able to refuse nominations from the beginning of the indications until the last day of validations!

Please note that this setting can be activated only if participants are not created during the validation period, ok?
