How to set different weights for the same OKR

When inserting individual goals, team goals or company goals on the platform, it is necessary to choose one responsible for each one. In addition, it is also possible to include contributors in each Key Result.

As much as the same Key Result is shared between the person in charge and its contributors, it is possible to make it have different weights for each of these people.

Step by step

This action is performed by editing the weight of this Key Result. Let's assume a Objective Grow closed operations by 20% from Admin Rocks who will have Liliane as a contributor for one of its Key Results:

1. Click on the 3 editing points of the Key Result;

2. Insert the desired weight;

3. Click on Save.

Now the Admin Rocks' Key Result $600.000 Revenue has weight 1.

Once a Key Result has a contributor, the Objective associated with this Key Result is also shared with this person, making it possible to individually edit the weight of this Objective. To do this, the employee just need to follow the same editing steps described above, but for the Objective itself in your Home page.
