How to reset your password

Did you forget your password? This article will help you to recover it!

🚨 Important: If your company login is via Single-Sign-On (SSO), you cannot reset your password. Since the password for login is the same as the institutional password, you must change the password in your company's platform. If you have any questions, please contact HR.

1. Go to the login page app.qulture.rocks.

2. Click "Forgot your password?"

3. Enter your email address.

4. Follow the directions you received in your inbox. Learn more about why it is important to set a secure password to access your account.
