How to reactivate employees on leave or dismissed
In this article, we will cover the procedure for reactivating employees who were on leave or have been terminated from the platform.
👉 You will learn two options to carry out this process: manual reactivation, suitable for a few users, and bulk reactivation, recommended for a large number of employees.
Follow the instructions that correspond to your case and bring back the employees efficiently.
🟣 Manual Reactivation
To manually reactivate an employee, follow the steps below:
-
Access the organization screen and filter by the "all" status.
-
Locate the name of the employee you want to reactivate.
-
Click on the "status" column and select the "dismissed" or "on leave" option.
-
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the process.
🟣 Bulk Reactivation
To perform a bulk reactivation of employees, follow the same process as described in the article "How to update the information of collaborators in bulk?". However, there is one important difference:
Make sure that the mandatory column "active" is filled with the value "true" for the employees you want to reactivate.
⚠️ Remember that if the employee is terminated, you need to remove the date and reason for termination in both reactivations.
