Monitoring your OKRs

How to monitor OKRs/goals on Qulture.Rocks platform

Find out here the best way to track your results

The OKR cycle has 3 phases: the planning of the OKRs, the monitoring of results and the debriefing (discussion and reflection on what was and was not achieved).

After all the planning for the definition of OKRs and their registration on the Qulture.Rocks platform, you are ready to follow the evolution of your results. Therefore, we brought you some very useful tools to help you:

  • Partial goals;

  • Task Kanban;

  • Status and Comments;

  • Off-track Key Results.

Partial Goals

Partial goals are important because they make it possible to break your key result into smaller plans, which can follow the frequency you want (monthly, weekly, daily, etc.).

For example, in a quarterly cycle, we can divide our final quarter result into values to be achieved each month:

💡Tip: For even greater effectiveness, it is important to combine partial goals with the frequency of results meetings held by teams or people, resulting in greater alignment between everyone who participates in that OKR/ goal and facilitating the creation of new tasks to ensure the achievement of this result, if necessary.

Task Kanban

Tasks are the initiatives or action plans that will be done by their responsible, contributors or anyone else who can help achieve the desired result.

It is interesting to define the tasks during the creation of the OKRs with the initiatives that the staff will take to reach the desired results in mind, and also during the result meetings. Using Pareto, Ishikawa Diagram and brainstorming ideas, it is possible to define these action plans.

Just select the person who will be responsible for the task itself, their delivery date and move the Kanban according to their evolution.

As well comments are useful as a communication tool, either to detail attached data, for questions or suggestions.

💡Tip: It's possible to tag users with an @ + the username.
