How to find the Individual Reports
Discover the different ways to access the individual report of the recently completed review cycle! 😊
After the completion of a performance evaluation cycle, it is important to have access to your Individual Report, which contains valuable information about your performance and professional development. To facilitate access to this report, you will receive an email containing a direct link to it.
In addition to the email, there are other convenient ways to access your Individual Report. In this article, we will explore these options and show you how you can fully view and make use of the information contained in your report.
Let's begin discovering the different access methods! 🚀
🟣 Home Page

On the home page of the Platform, scroll down until you find the section "Released review Results".

Locate the evaluation corresponding to the recent cycle and click on its name.
OR
🟣 Through the Performance Review product

Click on the name of the review.

Click on the "Individual Reports" tab.

Click on the icon indicated in the image below to download your report (cloud icon, the format is PDF).
The reports above pertain to your report, while the reports below pertain to your direct reports.
⚠️ Important: If the download icons are not available, it means they have not been released yet. For any questions, we recommend contacting your company's HR department.
