👉 In this article, we will discuss the process of editing Objectives and Key Results (KRs). It is important to know which elements can be modified and which ones are fixed to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of your goal planning.

🟪 How to edit
To edit an Objective in the Qulture.Rocks platform, follow the steps below:

Locate the Objective you wish to edit and click on the three dots next to it.

Select the "Edit" option.
🟪 What can be edited in Objectives
👉 For individual-level objectives, you can edit the name, description, weight, and privacy mode.
👉 For team-level objectives, you can edit the name, team, responsible person, description, weight, privacy mode, and alignment.
👉 For company-level objectives, you can edit the name, team, responsible person, description, weight, privacy mode, and alignment.
🟣 Key Results (KRs)
🟪 How to edit
To edit a Key Result in the Qulture.Rocks platform, follow the steps below:

Locate the Key Result you wish to edit and click on the three dots next to it.

Select the "Edit" option.
🟪 What can be edited:
👉 Name;
👉 Description;
👉 Initial and final values;
👉 Value measurement;
👉 Weight;
👉 Responsible person (only for team-level and company-level objectives).
