Find out how to use this setting here 😊
On the Qulture.Rocks platform, there are 3 levels of participation in OKRs: owner, responsible and contributor (learn more about here).
When creating OKRs, it is always necessary to enter an owner and a responsible person, but the contributors are entered on a case-by-case basis as they will share this OKR with the other participants.
Creating contributors automatically
As this sharing is up to whoever is creating the OKR, you can have a Team Objective with 2 KRs with different participants (persons in charge and contributors) in each one. their. For example:
In the objective of the Customer Success team above, we have 2 different KRs.
-
KR 1: Admin.Rocks is responsible and Liliane is a contributor.
-
KR 2: Liliane is responsible and Admin.Rocks is a contributor.
In cases where all team members must work on all OKRs created for the team, it is necessary to use the "Create contributions for team members automatically" setting accessible in the OKRs settings in the Organization Profile (this article explains better about this setting):
Thus, when a Key Result is created for a team objective, automatically all members, including the leadership, of that team will be assigned as contributors to that OKR.
Considerations
-
This setup works by including people as contributors to the team KRs. The removal of these contributors needs to be done manually and does not happen automatically if the configuration is turned off.
-
The automatic insertion of team members takes place automatically for any cycle that ends in the future. This does not happen in cycles that have already ended, only if they are reopened (end date changed to current or future date);
-
If an OKR is created for a team in a completed cycle (only possible by admins), the members of this team will automatically be included in this OKR.
