How to activate a survey in Qulture.Rocks

After creating your survey, you need to activate it. 😃

First of all, if you haven't created your survey yet, we recommend reading this article that will help you with the step-by-step to create surveys in Qulture.Rocks.

 

Once the form is created and validated, the survey is ready to be activated. This will be done in the second step within the survey settings. There you can set the dates and times, and also add the survey participants.

 

 

 

 

Important Points 🔎

🟣 Dates and times: it is important that the time allotted for people to answer the form is thought out according to the number of questions on the form and the company's timing. The more questions, the longer it will take people to answer, so it is recommended to leave more time. About the right moment to activate a survey, an example is Black Friday, how this date impacts a lot some companies, it is recommended do not have surveys during this period.

 

⚠️ Be aware of the closing time! If the poll closing configuration is registered for 02/01/2021 at 00:00, it will close at the first minute of the 01/02, not the last! Therefore, we suggest always choosing the last day with a time of 23:59.

 

🟣 Participants: All participants will need to be registered with email on the platform to be able to receive the survey invitation email. And the survey can be sent to the entire company or to a specific group of employees that will be selected using the segments. These segments work in the same way as the evaluation product segments, and you can learn more details about this here. NOTE: If no segment is selected, the survey will be sent to all active collaborators of the platform.

 

📚 I forgot to include one person. Is it possible to add new people while the survey is in progress? And send the invitation to this person? Yes. It is possible.

In case the segment of the survey is all employees, follow the steps below to add new participants:

 

In case the segment of the survey is a specific group, It is necessary to add the employee in the segment and after that add them into the survey. Follow the steps below to add new participants in this case:

 

 

 

🟣 Invitations: As soon as the survey is sent out, invitations with access links are automatically sent to the collaborators. We therefore recommend that the start date be earlier than (or the same as) the date the survey is sent out, so that people will receive the invitation and already be able to access it.

 

🚨Attention:

 

  1. The link is personal and should not be shared to any other person in the company, as anyone with the link can respond by impersonating the user.

  2. It is possible to launch the Survey even if the employees have never accessed the platform, as long as the employees access it via email, so they will receive an email with the survey. Users who access the platform via CPF necessarily need to access the Qulture environment to get the link to access the survey.
