How leaders can define notification settings for their direct reporters
Learn how to enable or disable the sending of sentiment and priority emails, and set the frequency of 1:1 meetings.
In the 1:1 product, there are the features of Sentiment Pulse and Priorities, which consist of emails sent weekly to users who have a leader on the platform.
✏️ Note: The Priorities email is sent every Monday, while the Sentiment email for the week is sent on Friday.
The platform admin profile can activate or deactivate this feature for the entire company, and the steps to do this are in this article. However, leaders can activate or deactivate this feature only for their own direct reporters.
Below is how leaders can configure this information for their direct reporters
🟣 Setting up notifications and 1:1s with direct reporters
-
On the home screen, go to the "Leadership" module.
-
In the "Leadership" tab, click on the "SettingsReports Configurations" icon.
-
Select which direct reporters should receive the sentiment pulse, priorities emails, and also set the frequency of 1:1 meetings for each of them. The platform will automatically save the changes.
Great! You have just customized the leadership and 1:1 settings for each of your direct reporters 🥳
With the information in this article, we hope that you, as a leader, can set up the frequency of 1:1 meetings with your direct reporters, as well as define who will receive the priorities and weekly sentiment pulse.
