Discover all the details of the IDP's Analytics.Rocks tab and its powerful functionalities.
In today's rapidly changing business landscape, continuous employee development is crucial for the success of any organization. To advance in Individual Development Management (IDP), we introduce the new Analytics.Rocks tab, which has become an integral part of our IDP product.
New Analytics.Rocks Tab: An Initial Overview 🤘
The new Analytics.Rocks tab sits alongside the existing tabs: My Team, My Development, and IDP Instructions. This tab serves as the entry point for full administrators or IDP administrators, being the first place they access upon entering the product.
The initial data displayed in this tab pertains to the most recent cycle, based on the creation date. Administrators have the flexibility to select which cycle to analyze by simply switching the current cycle in the upper left corner.
🚨 It's important to note that leaders, subordinates, and BPs (Business Partners) do not have direct access to this tab unless they also serve as administrators.
Key Metrics: Revealing Essential Insights 🧠
The "Key Metrics" section provides crucial metrics that offer valuable insights into employee engagement and progress in IDP:
🟣 Adherence to the IDP: This absolute number represents the quantity of employees who created a IDP during the cycle. This includes those with at least one Development Area containing at least one Action Plan. The percentage of IDP adoption is also displayed in parentheses.
🟣 Approved IDPs: Here, you'll find the absolute number of employees whose IDPs were approved by their direct leaders. The percentage of IDP approval is indicated in
parentheses, calculated in relation to the number of employees who created a IDP.
🟣 Uninitiated IDPs: This metric reveals the absolute number of employees who initiated a IDP but did not complete any Action Plans within it. The percentage of unstarted IDPs is provided in parentheses, based on the number of employees who created a IDP.
🟣 Overdue IDPs: Indicates the number of employees who have at least one overdue Action Plan in their IDPs, meaning it was not marked as completed within the stipulated deadline. The percentage of overdue IDPs is also presented in parentheses. It's important to note that this metric considers only Action Plans with defined deadlines.
Engagement Table: In-Depth Analysis 📊
The engagement table aggregates data by leader, offering a comprehensive view of the team's engagement in IDP. Each row represents the direct subordinates of a leader, identified by the "Leader" field in the employee's profile. It does not refer to teams created within the Organization profile but rather the direct subordinates of each employee. You can search for a leader by name and explore detailed data, including:
🟣 Adherence to IDP: The percentage of a leader's direct subordinates who created a IDP relative to the total number of that leader's direct subordinates.
🟣 Approved IDPs: The percentage of a leader's direct subordinates whose IDPs were approved, either by the leader or by administration, relative to the number of that leader's direct subordinates who created a IDP.
🟣 Overdue IDPs: The percentage of a leader's direct subordinates who have at least one overdue Action Plan in their IDP relative to the number of that leader's direct subordinates who created a IDP.
🟣 Finalized IDPs: The percentage of a leader's direct subordinates who completed 100% of the IDP relative to the number of that leader's direct subordinates who created a IDP.
