Enabling leaders and manager to access their team's On-the-spot Feedback

You can choose whether or not the leaders can view their direct and indirect report's received feedback. To set it up, follow the steps:

1. Go to “Organization Profile”.

   

2. On the left sidebar, click “Feedback”

3. Select the option “Prevent leader from viewing their reports' feedback”.

4. Hit “Save”.
   ​

If this option is enabled, the leader doesn’t have the access to “My Team” Panel.
