Answering Comparative Reviews

Answering multiple reviews in a row saves a lot of time, right? To do that, follow these steps:

1. The first step is to access the current Review Cycle by clicking on Review feature (the name can vary according to each company);

2. Click on  Answer tab;

3. On the right side of the screen, click on the Comparative Review button;

4. After that, on the left side of each name, select the colleagues you want to answer simultaneously;

5. Click on the Answer selected (n) blue button to be directed to the form page.

6. Answer the questions about each colleague simultaneously.

💡Tip: the Review’s last page is a summary of all your answers, check if they are correct before finishing it.

7. To finish your Comparative Review, on the bottom right side, click on Finish.

✏️Note: If all mandatory questions aren’t answered, you will be notified of what you have missed. If it happens, just go back and finish answering your questions then come back to the summary page and submit your assessment.
