Answering a Performance Review
Here it is our guide for you to answer your reviews.
Performance Reviews represent a people management ritual for all areas of a company, generating the systematization of what is evaluated in daily work. Now you're going to see the steps for answering a review:
1. The first step is to access the current Review Cycle by clicking on Review feature (the name can vary according to each company);
2. On the upper step bar, click on the Answer tab;
3. Click on the name of the colleague you want to review;
4. Read the instructions that will appear, then click on Next page;
5. Answer the questions;
💡Tip: the Review’s last page is a summary of all your answers, check if they are correct before finishing it.
6. To finish your Review, on the bottom right side, click on Finish.

✏️Note: If all mandatory questions aren’t answered, you will be notified of what you have missed with red signs on the sidebar and also in a popup on the bottom left side. If it happens, just go back and finish answering your questions then come back to the summary page and submit your assessment. Some questions may contain mandatory comment fields, don't forget to answer them too.
Once a Review is finished, to edit it, it must be reopened. If you don’t have permission to do it, please talk to your HR department.
