3 tips on how to use feedbacks!

Learn to use the new feedback report to promote actions in your company.

There are many positive aspects of implementing a culture of continuous feedback in a company. A high-performance organization most likely features an environment in which employees feel comfortable giving and receiving feedbacks focused on professional growth.

 

With Qulture.Rocks, it is possible to make this even easier and encourage a culture of constant feedback exchange among employees. In addition to facilitating this exchange, our platform also provides a series of relevant data that can help you implement all sorts of actions in your company.

 

This new report is divided into 5 sections: Panel, Usage, Competence, Information Sent and Information Request. In this article, we focus on further explaining the details in this report. Here, we’ll share a few tips using some information in the report.

 

By clicking on the Panel tab, you’ll find the following information for the period you selected:

  • Use of Feedbacks: Consists of detailed feedbacks sent, compliments sent, and requests for feedback.

  • Ranking by Employees: Shows how employees interacted with both feedback and praise.

  • Ranking by Area: it shows how the areas interacted regarding feedbacks and praise notes. Can’t you see any areas? Contact us via chat and we’ll help you insert this data for your employees.

  • Skills Mentioned by Feedback: shows the number of feedbacks and praise notes exchanged using each tag.

Tips

1st Tip - Use the data on the "Top sent" list to know who are the most committed employees when it comes to feedback and contributing to a culture of continuous feedback and, consequently, a work environment focused on professional development.

2nd Tip - Use the "Ranking by employees" list to know which employees did an excellent job that has been noticed by their colleagues in order to emphasize these role models.

3rd Tip - Use the "Competence Received by Feedback" list as a tool for monitoring the company’s activities as seen below:

In this list, we can see some of the skills highlighted as worth praise or even worth improving. These tips should help you learn how to better use such data available on the platform.
