1:1 Pathway and Leadership Product for admins
Follow the steps in this pathway to launch 1:1s in your company
1) Employee Training
The responsibility of scheduling and doing 1:1s with employees lies with the leadership and we strongly recommend that the leader understands the reasons of the importance of this practice, so they can be prepared for these very important moments with their team! Would you rather a training about 1:1? Contact your ISM or CSM :)
2) Pre-Launch: 1:1s setup on the platform
Important: The Qulture.Rocks platform has a 100% dedicated product for leadership. And this is the screen where leaders are updated on the latest activities related to 1:1s, Pulse and Priorities register, as well as access to the Analytics.Rocks of their team. So the leader has full autonomy to choose, in their team, who does or does not receive the Pulse and Priorities register emails, regardless of the admin's choice.
-
How to edit Themes and Topics in 1:1s. Yes! They are customizable 😄
-
(Enable only on the same day of the launch for everyone in the company) How to enable or disable Pulse or Priorities register
3) Post Launch: follow up on 1:1s, Pulse and Priorities register adherence.
It is important that this monitoring happens by the administrators and also by the leadership itself.
We recommend to monitor the engagement frequently and develop action plans so you can have better and better results. You can rely on your ISM or CSM for benchmarks about this subject!
