The integration of the Individual Assessment Report (Avd) with Uol Edtech's AI will allow leaders and admins to process the information visible in the report (computable questions, comments, and non-computable questions) through AI, transforming them into a continuous text that provides insights on the performance and development areas of the evaluated individual. Therefore, considering that AI will be an ally to managers during the feedback stage of the evaluation cycle and contribute to directing the development of the subordinate.

As this version focuses on leadership, only admins (and leaders, in the paid plan) will be able to see both the integration with AI and the generated text. In other words, in the first version, this text cannot be shared with the subordinate.

Note:  an analysis is not altered by new responses being added to the report.

In this version, leaders and admins will not be able to edit the text generated by AI, but we are already working on an update that will enable editing. 🚀😃

We will have two usage plans for the AI integration, one free and one paid, each with a different activation method.

In the free plan, to activate it, the admin simply needs to enable the integration in the individual report settings, and it becomes available for admins and leaders. Usage in the free plan is limited to 2 analyses per user, regardless of whether they are admins or leaders, within a 6-month period. Therefore, at the end of this period, the user will be entitled to run 2 more analyses using AI.

⚠️🛑 Some important considerations about credits:

In the paid plan, the usage of the integration is unlimited. However, for activation, it is necessary to contact your CSM.

If you, as an admin, have already activated the free version in the individual report settings, you don't need to do anything else, the integration will already be available. If you haven't activated it yet, simply activate it.

It is important to emphasize that we are taking all necessary precautions regarding security. Therefore, both during activation and AI usage, we provide links to our specific privacy policy for AI.

Additionally, we are integrating via Microsoft Azure and not directly with OpenAI. Therefore, we have a well-known company as our partner, which is widely recognized for its security measures in the market.

Lastly, it's worth noting that what we will send are only the information that admins have chosen to make visible in the assessment report, as well as the number of questions and the maximum score, to provide context about the parameters of that assessment and ensure an appropriate analysis.
