👉 In this article, we will show you how you can use Analytics.Rocks to visualize the results of review cycles and generate comparative reports in the review module of Qulture.Rocks.

Grade Distribution Analysis

This section allows us to visualize the distribution of the review employee base according to the categorization defined by the grade scale used in the cycle.

This chart varies depending on the selected cycle and grade scale, meaning that the chart for the same cycle may vary if the grade scale is changed.

Comparative Report

It is possible to download reports that provide a comparison between all completed review cycles within the platform. This report consolidates the final results of multiple reviews into a single spreadsheet, while also highlighting the employees who did not participate in a specific cycle.

For this report, we can work with either the standard numeric scale or the review grade scale. The numeric scale may be the preferred choice for calculations (average, standard deviation, median, etc.), while the review grade scale can be used for analyzing categorized data (graphs, counts, etc.).

Additionally, it is possible to export the final grade and the grades of the topics that are part of the review cycles built in the platform. The report will be constructed with specific columns for each cycle.

Comparative Box Report

In addition to comparing grades, we can configure a comparative report of the positions that a collaborator held within the various boxes they were a part of.

This report allows you to identify the final quadrant after calibrating the collaborators, making it clear when a collaborator did not participate in a specific matrix.
