When a performance review is initiated, it starts a process that goes through several stages until its completion. In this article, we will explore each of these stages, providing an objective and clear insight into what each one represents.

This first stage appears after a review has gone live, if:

👉 Who view it: Only admin

This stage appears when the platform admin has not yet configured the scheduled for indications to begin.

Who view it: Employees who will participate in the indication process.

This stage is initiated after the period of indications is configured in the platform and the employees are able to make their indications.

👉 Who view it: Employees who participate in the indication process and have not yet indicated their reviewers.

This stage appears when the validations period has not started yet, in this case it will change as soon as the period is configured and starts.

👉 Who view it: Leaders who have direct reports that participated in the indication period.

This stage is started after the validations period is configured on the platform, then leaders will get to validate the indication made by their direct reports.

👉 Who view it: Leaders who have direct reports that have already indicated reviewers but have not yet been validated.

This stage happens when all the previous items have been configured correctly, but the date that the response period starts has not yet arrived.

👉 Who view it: Employees who will participate in the indication process.

This stage starts when the previous stages are finished and the person viewing the review has pending answers

👉 Who view it: All the employees who participate in the review as reviewers and have pending answers

After all participants have responded to the review the stage will change as all participants responded, if those responses were submitted before the proposed review period had closed.

👉 Who view it: Only admin

In the case of the "in progress" stage can occur in the given periods.

✏️Note: It is worth mentioning that this stage will only appear if in any of the cases the period is correctly configured.

👉 Who view it: Only admin.

This stage happens when the period for answers has been configured, and it is occurring currently.

👉 Who view it: All employees who participate in the review as reviewers and have finished their reviews

After all the configuration process, and answers sent, a new stage will appear, which will be the part of configuring the individual reports, which will be released later to the employees.

👉 Who view it: Only admin

When all the responses have already been sent, and the report is configured this stage will appear, so that admin can release the individual reports to employees.

👉 Who view it: Adminif there are employees without released reports. Leaders if they can release the reports to direct reports.

After everything is configured, the report will be ready for all employees to check how they went in the review, remembering that the information in this report can be customized by the platform admin.

👉 Who view it: Users where reviewed and have their individual reports released.

This stage happens when the answer period has already been closed, everything was set correctly, and the individual report has been released.

✏️ Note: This stage will only appear if all registered reviews have been answered and the review had 100% adhrerence.

👉 Who view it: Only Admin
