How to force form relationships in a Performance Review?

In this article, we will show you how to modify the relationship between assessors and evaluators at Qulture.Rocks

Updated over a week ago

In some cases, could be necessary to force form relationships in performance review, like the example below.

  • John was led by Maria in the Customer Success area until yesterday;

  • João moves to the Marketing area and is now led by Juliana.

In this case, it may make more sense for Maria to evaluate John as her leader. However, it is Juliana who should visualize João's result.

⚠️ Important point: to change the relationship of forms that already have answers, can invalidate them if the questions are configured with visibility by relationship in performance review.

This article teaches how to force the relationship between Mary and John from the "Others" relationship, for example, to the "Leader assessing led" relationship.

✏️Let's go to practice:

Manual change (for few participants)

1. Click on the gear icon of the assessment you want to make the change.

2. On the left side bar of the screen, click on Participants.
3. Filter employee name into reviewer or reviewee.
4. Click the three dots on the right side > update type.

5. Select the new relationship and save the change.

In bulk

1. Click on the gear icon of the assessment you want to make the change;

2. On the left side bar of the screen, click on Participants;

3. On the right side of the screen, click on More options;

4. Then select Import Participants

5. Download the Import Template;

6. Add in column D the header: relationship_type and fill it with one of the following options:

  • supervisor_subordinate: when the form needs to be changed to leader evaluating led;

  • subordinate_supervisor: when the form needs to be changed to lead evaluating leader;

  • self: when the form needs to be changed to self-evaluated;

  • peer: when the form needs to be changed to pair;

  • others: when the form needs to be changed to others.

7. Save the worksheet;

8. Import into the Platform.

Follow the import until it is finished. A good suggestion is to export the follow-up report after making the change of relationships to validate if everything was as expected :)
