Is it possible to set a start and end date later than the general answer period set for the review cycle?
Yes, it is. This article shows how to do this on the platform. It's very quick :)
What happens when I do not set a start and end date for a form?
This form will follow the timeline defined for the entire company.
What happens if I put a start and end date, without a time?
If the setting is made through the participant import spreadsheet, the platform will set the time as 00:00.
If the setting is made directly on the platform, the start time will be set to 8am and the end time to 23:59.
What happens if I enter a start and end time without a date?
If the setting is made through the participant import spreadsheet, the platform will consider the start and end period determined for the entire company.
If the setting is made directly on the platform, you will not be able to save the new period without entering the dates.
What happens if I only put the start or end date of the form?
If the setting is made through the participants import spreadsheet, the platform will ask for the missing date and the form will not be created or edited.
If the setting is made directly on the platform, you will not be able to save the new period without entering the missing date.
How do I set forms with specific periods to follow the schedule set for the entire company again?
If you need to make many form changes, we recommend importing the spreadsheet. Simply import the participant spreadsheet without the date and time information and the platform will consider the schedule chosen for the entire company.
If you need to change the period in a few forms, search for them in the Participants tab and select Remove period.
