Updated over a week ago

Before we show you how to customize your box, here are some tips that can help you!

After taking a look at the tips, let's move on to the step-by-step guide 😉

As an administrator of the Platform, you will see an option called "Boxes" on your main screen in the evaluations module. Select it:

On this new screen, you will see all the Boxes already created for this review. To customize the colors and groupings of the quadrants for a specific Box, you should select the indicated option:

On this new screen, you should click on the "New Group" option. This "New Group" will be a combination of some quadrants for which you want to visualize joint statistics and include a unique color.

When you click on "New Group," a new "editing box" will appear:

In this "editing box," you will need to fill in the following information:

  • Name: Fill in this field with the name you want to give to the grouping of quadrants you wish to create

  • Acronym: Create a 3-character abbreviation that will identify the grouping in the created Box.

  • Quadrants that will be part of the group: Select the quadrants that will be part of the created grouping. Note: It is possible to create a grouping with only one quadrant if your intention is just to assign colors to each quadrant.

  • Group Color: Select the color you want to associate with your grouping of quadrants. You can choose a color from the color palette or input the HEX code of the desired color.

As the next step, you should select the "Save" option and perform this action for the other quadrants you wish to group and assign colors to.

Afterward, your 9-box will be customized.

⚠️🛑 Important: In order for these configurations to be active in the Box, you must select the following option when creating the Box:
