What settings for leaders are there in our Performance Review product?

We are going to show the settings and how to select them to safely run the assessment process.

To access the "Settings for Leaders" within the Performance Review product, just follow the step by step👇

Settings available

Within the topic "Settings for Leaders" you will find the following options to select:

1) Make direct reports reviews anonymous to leaders: this configuration allows the leader to be able to view the content of the responses received by their subordinates, but not be able to identify who said what. This anonymity is replicated in the screen of "Sidebar", "Follow up" and "Team Results" the leader will see the answers about the subordinate but without identifying who sent them.

2) Block the leader's access to answers that their subordinates received: this setting blocks access to the responses received from your subordinates in any of the evaluation module's screens (Sidebar, Monitor, Team Results).

3) Block access from leader to team results: The leader will not have the view of the "Team Results" screen. Note This function is automatically checked when the "Block Leader Access" function is selected.

4) Allow leaders to see calibrations: The leader is able to identify the employee's numeric average calibration history. It is important to emphasize that activating this function does not imply that the leader can calibrate the person being led. Note When activating this function you will not be able to activate the "Block team results" function.

5) Hide received reviewes export: When activating this setting, the leader will not be able to export the report of responses received from the subordinate in Excel. On the "Team Results" screen or on the "Individual Reports" screen, the download icon (☁️) will no longer appear.

6) Send validations notifications: This setting is only valid if you have an indication and validation period. When activating it, the leader will receive a notification email advising of each new indication of the employee.

7) Release results after supervisor's review: When activating this function when the leader sends the form of the respondent answered, the individual report of the employee will be automatically made available in the system. Note It is important that if you activate this function, the individual reports are previously configured.

8) Send self-review notifications to leaders: When activating this function, the leader will receive a notification email notifying that his/her subordinate has completed the self-assessment. Note This setting can be especially useful if the leader has access to the employee's evaluations in the "Sidebar" or in the "Follow" screen.

Now, as an Admin profile, you're supposed to better understand the settings for leaders in the Performance Review product to select your desired options.
