Indication and Validation

Performance review cycles may start with reviewees (i.e., you) suggesting their reviewers. This works, for example, when HR wants to add supplemental reviewers on top of the mandatory ones (like leaders and direct reports) to get a fuller picture of your performance.

Admins should keep track of how many employees are making suggestions and the amount of indication each people have. 

The process works like this:

  1. Reviewee access "Indications tab" and creates his or hers suggestions for managers' approval.

  2. Manager approves/rejects each suggestion and add more people. 

Qulture.Rocks Platform provides 2 reports: "Indication/Validation data" and "Export indication details data"

  1. On Review page list, click on "Settings" (gears icon)

   2. On "General" section, go to the "Indications" sub-section and click "Setup":

Here you can access both of the documents referring to the Indications/Validations:

A. Export the Indications/Validations document:

To extract it, click on the "Export Indications/Validations data" button:

This file has 3 main tabs: "Pending Indications", "Pending Validations" and "Validated".

"Pending Indications": users who haven't made their new reviewers suggestion yet.

"Pending Validations": managers who haven't approved their team's indication list yet.

"Validated": managers who have already approved their team member's list 


B. Indications Details: 

To download it, click on the "Export indication details data" button:

This report contains the status of each suggestion made, even if it is rejected by the manager.

Column U - Indication details - Status:

The "Status" column indicates the status of each suggestion:

  • Pre-selected: mandatory reviewers;

  • Indicated: Reviewee have have suggested new reviewers and sent to his/her manager's approval and is waiting for the decision.

  • Rejected: Manager received the suggestions and rejected them;

  • Validated: Manager approved the indication or he/she has included a new person on the list.

Columns V and W - Reviewer: Received and validated indications

These columns show the amount of indications and validation for each new reviewer.

Columns X and Y - Who indicated/who validated

Who made the suggestion? Who approved them?

These information are extremely useful to make Indications and Validation phase balanced to everyone.
