6 important things to know before Releasing Individual Reports

Updated over a year ago

Before releasing Individual Reports to everyone that has participated of a Perf. Review Cycle it is important to be aware of all sensitive content you are about to release!

What should I know before releasing it?

🟣 Where leaders and their team can access Individual Reports?

By clicking on the name of the review, everyone can see Individual Reports of their on "Individual Report" tab when there is an available report.

🟣 Set up Individual Reports (Release)

Double check on "Release" session if all information you want is selected. This article can help you to set up Individual Reports.

Something to be extra careful here: All questions that you select will be shown up on the individual report, so select only the ones that you really want to publish.

🟣 Make a test

You can preview the Individual Report after setting it up. We recommend to preview 5 random reports. Try to preview a leaders and team member's reports, for example.

🟣 Anonymous Answers?

The answers on the individual report may or may not be anonymous. To make sure that it is anonymous, it is necessary to check the options on release's settings:

🟣 Final Grade Calibration

If the final grade of any user was calibrated, the questions' average real grade is different from the final calibrated grade.

For example:

Mary's grades for each question are as follow:

     Original Grades                   Calibrated Grades

Q1:                           4                                            3,5
Q2:                          3                                              3
Q3:                          5                                            4,5
Average:                4                                            3,66

This way, Mary's average grade will be replaced by 3,66 because of the calibrated grades.

However, if the final grade was calibrated, the questions' grades remain the same. Once the final report is viewed, the user can do the math and notice that the real average is different from the one shown on the report.

🟣 "Release results after supervisor's review" is active?

If this option is selected, Individual Reports are going to be released automatically right after the supervisor answers his or hers direct report form. Do you want that? If not, clear the selection!
