How to duplicate a Performance Cycle

It's fast and simple and saves a lot of time, right?

Updated over a week ago

It is common to need to duplicate an review cycle already created in the platform. This feature exists in Qulture.Rocks, and is very simple to accomplish.

💡To duplicate an existing cycle, follow the steps below:

  1. In the navigation bar on the left side click on "Review".

2. Click on the duplicate Review button.

3. Enter the name of the new cycle: in the highlighted place you should fill in the name of the cycle you are creating.

4. Decide on duplication of participants in the new cycle: Here you need to define whether the existing participants in the previous cycle will be included in this new one.

If it makes sense, just leave the checkbox selected.

Otherwise, you can duplicate the review cycle without any participants (evaluator+evaluated pair) and then include the updated list in the Avd settings.

This article presents the step-by-step process for adding participants to a new cycle in Qulture.Rocks.

5. Wait for the cycle to be generated in the review list.

That's it!

Now you can see the new review cycle in the system. 😃

You probably wondered at some point: are all the settings duplicated or are some left over for the new setting?

🤔 What is duplicated:

  • All general cycle settings structure (located in the Review Settings section)

  • All individual report structure settings (located in the Assessment Release section)

  • All computable question structure: topic and question names and descriptions, weights, visibilities (located in the Topics section)

  • All non-computable question structure: names and descriptions of topics and questions, weights, visibilities (located in the Non-computable Questions section).

🤔 What is not duplicated:

  • Settings related to dates and times of Indication, Validation, Answer Periods and inclusion of OKR's as assessment questions.

  • Settings related to the release of the individual report to employees.

See how easy it is?
