How to remove participants from the Performance Review

This article will teach you how to remove one or more participants from the performance review on the platform

Updated over a week ago

👉 Before we delve into the details of how to remove participants from a performance review, it is essential to clarify that the term "participants" refers to the reviewer and the reviewee pair.

In the Qulture.Rocks platform, there are three ways to remove participants, each with its specific application:

🟣 Manual removal: Perfect for removing a few users individually.

🟣 Bulk removal via import spreadsheet: An efficient option to remove a large number of participants all at once.

🔴 Attention: Be careful not to delete participants who have stored responses. Once deleted, these responses cannot be recovered. Also, pay attention to the status of the review. If it has already started (status greater than 0%), make a backup of the responses.

Now, let's detail each of these methods to facilitate your understanding and make the process of removing participants from your review a simple and straightforward task! 👀

✅ Manual deletion (for a few participants)

  1. On the right side of the Review's name, click on "Settings" (gears icon);

  2. On the left side, click on "Participants";

  3. Search for the name of the reviewer and the reviewee.

  4. On the right side of the reviewer-reviewee relationship, click on "More options" (three dots icon);

  5. Click on "Delete":

✅ Bulk deletion

The import is done exclusively by the #ChatWithUs team, so we recommend clicking on the chat button in the bottom right corner so that we can send the spreadsheet.

👉 To fill out the spreadsheet:

  1. In the spreadsheet, fill the first column (A) with the emails or CPFs of the reviewees you want to remove from the review.

  2. Fill the second column (B) with the emails or CPFs of the corresponding reviewers for the reviewees who will also be excluded.

  3. In the third column (C), fill in "YES" if you want these participants to be deleted or "NO" if you do not want to delete them. This allows you to select only specific participants for deletion if you have the entire database.
