Let's understand the leader's view on the "Monitor Team" tab

In this article, you will understand what information will be available for you to monitor the progress of responses in the assessment!

The "Monitor Team" tab presents three analysis options:

1) Statistics

This screen is only visible to platform administrators. In this option you will be able to view some data such as, for example, how many assessments were started and how many were sent:

It is also possible to analyze data by filtering participants according to their tags:

2) Reviewees

This tab will show all the subordinates that are being evaluated, for the leaders, and all the participants in the evaluation for the administrators. Here you can view:

  • Number of people who have already evaluated;

  • Number of people who still have to evaluate;

  • The name of the outstanding reviewers;

  • The name of the evaluators who have already answered.

In addition, it is possible to click on the names of the team members and view the content of the answers given about them:

If you choose the setting "Make direct reports reviews anonymous to leaders", the content will continue to appear, but anonymously and the screen will only show the number of people who have already evaluated or still need to evaluate the person.

It is still possible to activate the setting "Block the leader's access to answers that their subordinates received" so as not to allow the manager to view the content of the answers given about his subordinates.

3) Reviewers

This page informs leaders:

  • Number of people who have already been evaluated by the team members;

  • Number of people still to be evaluated by the team members;

  • Name of pending reviewees;

  • Name of people who have already been evaluated by the team members.

If the setting "Make evaluations of subordinates anonymous for leaders" is activated, the only information will be the quantities, without defining the names. The difference between the "Reviewees" tab and this one is that the content of the answers given to the subordinates' evaluated does never appear 😉
