Calibrating grades in a Performance Cycle Review
Updated over a year ago

In the end of a review, it is recommended to have a calibration committee, a moment when leaders meet with HR to analyse the performance of their direct reports and calibrate their grades fairly.

Attention: Only users with the admin or review admin permissions can calibrate grades.

  1. Click on the review name.

  2. Click on the "Team results tab".

  3. Click on the score you want to calibrate.

  4.  Final Score Calibration  - Click on the final score.

  5. Question Score Calibration - On the right-hand corner of the screen, change the option to "Questions" and click on the grade question to calibrate it.

6. Topic Calibration (group of questions) - On the top right part of the screen, change the option to "Topics" and click on the topic grade to calibrate it.

Attention: When a score is calibrated, the platform indicates it to you. Follow the legend below:

Tip for you: The final score of an employee review is a weighted average considering the grade of each question. If the final score is calibrated, the real average is different from the final grade. We recommend to make adjustments in question score so it converts in a new calibrated final score.
