You can suggest your reviewers to your leader's approval.

Indicating reviewers in Qulture.Rocks is a simple and efficient task. In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to create a list of suggested reviewers for submission to your leadership for validation. With this process, you will ensure that the appropriate reviewers are selected for your performancereview.

Step-by-step

  1. Click on "Indicate tab";

  2. Select the colleagues you suggest to be your reviewers;
    ​

  3. Make sure you’ve selected everyone;

  4. Submit the list to your leader.

✏️ Note: This minimum and maximum limit is set by HR and is optional, which means there may not be a minimum and maximum limit of recommendations in your process.

⚠️Important: depending on the configuration of the evaluation, you can edit the list of nominated reviewers as many times as you want. This can occur until:

  1. The moment your leader performs the first validation,

  2. Until the nomination period ends.

  3. The validation is automatic in the platform, so there is no need for the leaderto validate your referrals.

After this validation, it is no longer possible to make referrals, from that moment on, the leader (or HR) will be able to make the necessary edits.
