In this article you will learn how to create and adjust your Review assessment.

Just follow the steps 👇

1. Go to Review settings (⚙️ icon);

2. On the left sidebar, enter the "Topics" tab;

3. Create a "New topic" by clicking on the blue button;

4. Create the form questions within each page (Topic).

At the "Topics" tab, within the "Settings" of your Performance Evaluation, follow these steps:

1. Click on "New topic";

2. Include the topic's name, edit the description, select the weight and save it.

3. Add translations in other languages,​ if necessary.

1. Within the desired topic, click on "New question";

2. Write the question in the "Name" field;

3. Add the description of the question;

4. Select comment options: "Has comment field", "Mandatory comment", "Comment only";

5. Add Visibility by relationship, if desired;

6. Add a tag in the "Tag" field, if desired;

7. Click on the "Save" button.

1. Within the desired topic, click on "New question";

2. Write the question in the "Name" field;

3. Add the description of the question;

4. Select a grading label that has already been created;

5. Add the question's weight;

6. Add "Visibility by relationship" and Tags, if desired;

7. Click on the "Save" button.

✏️ Editions of sensitive information, such as: visibility by relationship, weight of the question and inclusion of the N / A option and others, can only be made with the evaluation in "Draft Mode".

Last minute adjustments? No problem! You have full autonomy to make it 😄

It's very simple and you can edit questions, descriptions, instructions, topics name, etc. Check it out:

1. Within the Review settings (⚙️ icon), go to the left sidebar and enter the "Topics" tab;

2. Click on the question you want to make changes;

4. Make the adjustments;
5. Hit “Save”.
